POPMAC has secured accommodation in the University of Liverpool's lavish new Vine Court, situated within the conference precinct. All of our eco-friendly rooms are en suite and breakfast is included in the conference package.

The campus is situated 10 minutes walk from the vibrant city centre, but if you prefer to make your own accommodation arrangements, please email events@sma.ac.uk for our list of recommended hotels.

By Road
As the M62 terminates, continue onto Edge Lane (A5080 then A5047), following signposts for Liverpool City Centre and the University. The postcode for SATNAVs is L3 5TR.

By Train
From Lime Street, you can either take a taxi or take a 10 minute walk. Turn left after leaving the station onto Lime Street, and turn left again at the Britannia Adelphi Hotel. Continue up Brownlow Hill towards the Metropolitan Catholic Cathedral.

By Air
Liverpool: Take an express bus or taxi from Liverpool John Lennon Airport which is 8 miles from the university. You can also take buses 500, 86, 80A and 82A to Liverpool city centre. See www.liverpoolairport.com/from-airport/by-bus.html for more information.
Manchester: If you choose to travel to Manchester a train service will run you between Manchester Airport and Liverpool Lime Street station. There is also a direct coach service which takes about 1 hour.

Bursaries

SEMPRE (The Society for Education, Music and Psychology Research ) are generously supporting the conference by offering a number of bursaries to cover travel, subsistence, and conference fees. Applicants are invited to download and return this form via email to events@sma.ac.uk no later than 15th MAY.

(Please note, your abstract should be submitted separately by 28th February, 2013)
